How Evlergreen works and what we expect from each other.
Evlergreen is in closed beta. This page sets out how the product works and the conduct we expect. Our complete terms of service are being finalised ahead of public launch. Questions in the meantime go to admin@evlergreen.com.
Who can use Evlergreen
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a tenancy in the market you select. Each person gets one account, and the information on your profile should describe you honestly, because other members make real housing decisions based on it.
Verification and access
Access is trust-gated. Some features require account verification, and some require an active Search Pass. We may withhold or withdraw access from accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or misrepresenting themselves.
What we are, and what we are not
Evlergreen introduces people to each other and surfaces listings. We are not a party to any tenancy, sublet, or agreement you reach. We do not act as an agent, broker, or guarantor, and we do not verify the legal status of every listing. Read anything you sign, and view a property before committing money.
Listings and content
You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us permission to display it within the platform so the feature works. Only list a property you are entitled to list. Content that is misleading, discriminatory, or not yours to publish will be removed.
Groups and shared spaces
Search groups and Search Rooms are shared with the other members. Anything you add there, including listings, votes and messages, is visible to them, and it stays visible to the group if you later leave.
Treating people well
No harassment, no discrimination, no spam, no scraping, and no using the platform to collect contact details for other purposes. Housing is a protected area in most jurisdictions, and we take discriminatory conduct seriously.
Payments
Paid features are billed as described at the point of purchase. During closed beta, billing is not live and no charges are being taken. Once live payments are enabled, the applicable pricing and refund terms will be shown before you pay.
Ending your use
You can stop using Evlergreen and request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules or put other members at risk.
