Privacy
What we collect, why we collect it, and who else touches it.
Evlergreen is in closed beta. The summary below reflects how the product works today. Our full privacy policy is being finalised ahead of public launch. If you need specific detail before then, email admin@evlergreen.com and we will answer directly.
What we collect
- Account
- Email address, password (stored hashed), display name, role, and chosen region.
- Profile
- Anything you choose to add: photo, bio, age, occupation, interests, university, budget, move-in dates, and lifestyle answers.
- Search preferences
- The minimum budget you expect of a match, the districts you are searching in, and any dealbreakers you set.
- Messages
- Conversations with your matches, groups, and providers.
- Listings
- Listings and images you publish, or screenshots you add to a Search Room.
- Analytics
- Aggregate usage data through Google Analytics. This is off by default and only runs if you accept cookies.
Who processes it
We use the following services to run Evlergreen. We do not sell your data.

What other people can see
Your profile is visible to other verified members whose search criteria overlap with yours. Your email address is not shown on your profile. It becomes visible to someone only once you have both marked each other as suitable and connected.
If you hold a Search Pass, you can restrict your profile so it is only visible to people you have already marked as suitable.
Your choices
- Analytics cookies are denied by default. You choose on your first visit.
- You can edit or remove most profile information at any time from your profile.
- To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email admin@evlergreen.com.
