About Evlergreen
Don't just find a place; find the people to rent the place with.
Evlergreen is a rental platform built around the part of shared living that listings sites ignore: the housemates. You tell us your budget, the districts you want, and when you need to move. We show you people and groups whose plans genuinely overlap with yours. Not a compatibility percentage, but the actual budget, location, and dates.
When interest is mutual, you connect and chat. You can also browse North Cyprus property listings and contact providers directly whenever you would rather start with the home.
People first, then property
Most rental sites start with the apartment. We start with who you would live with, because that is what actually decides whether a shared home works.
Search with context
Compare real budgets, locations, moving dates, and living preferences instead of relying on a vague compatibility score.
Privacy with purpose
Profiles collect the information needed for a useful housing match while keeping ethnicity and nationality out of listing targeting.
Where we operate
Evlergreen is currently focused on North Cyprus, covering Girne, Nicosia, İskele, Famagusta, and Lefke. People, groups, and listings all stay within this launch market.
